Assistant Actor Manager
As part of the Deadmonton Management Team, the Assistant Actor Manager will be responsible for assisting with recruitment and casting of actors, training, and mentoring. Actor placement and ensuring shows are ready to open on time; and assist actor managers with other tasks as required. The assistant actor manager will also act, but in a capacity where they are able to overview and supervise the area they are working in.

Position begins in July and continues through to the 2nd week of November. Hours vary – mostly evening and weekends. As we get closer to the Halloween season, hours will increase.

Our FX make-up artists are responsible for getting our actors ready for the show!
Experience in FX such as latex, appliances and other unique skills is preferred, however, we do not require that you are professionally trained. What we want to see is your portfolio and what experience you have on the FX side of things! Makeup shifts are shorter and usually start an hour or two before showtime and are approx.. 3-4 hour shifts.
