Tickets are sold out online – can I buy tickets at the door?
If tickets are sold out online we will sell tickets at the door subject to availability - there may be a longer wait time and entry will not be guaranteed if you do not have pre-purchased tickets.
What time should I come if I want to buy tickets at the door?
If tickets are sold out online we will sell tickets at the ticket booth during normal operating hours and ONLY if there is capacity available. Purchasing tickets at the door is subject to longer wait times and it’s not guaranteed you will get in. See our calendar for opening times.
Can we change our tickets for a different date or time slot?
We can only change your tickets if the date or timeslot you are requesting is available and your request is made at least 72 hours in advance. However, there is a $5 fee per ticket to change the date/time. Fees must be paid prior to your arrival for the new ticket to be activated.
What is a Speed Pass?
A Speed Pass is a ticket purchased that allows you quick access to both haunted houses.
Can I buy tickets in advance?
Yes! We highly recommend buying tickets in advance. Both regular admission and speed passes are online now!

Once we’ve used our tickets can we go through again with the same ticket?
No. A new ticket is required for each visit.
What if I miss my timeslot?
If you miss your timeslot and arrive late on the same night that your ticket was issued, we will do our very best to get you into the queue lines at the earliest possible time, but please know, that those with a properly timed ticket will always get entry priority. Please arrive on time as we cannot guarantee how long your wait will be should you arrive late. Please also know that this only applies to tickets bearing the proper date. There is no way that expired tickets can be scanned once the date on your ticket has passed. There are no refunds, so please choose your ticket wisely. Timed ticketing restricts attendance and once a date passes, we have no way to sell that lost inventory again. Much the same as a concert, theater performance, or sports game, we cannot issue refunds if you purchased a ticket and did not attend.

I just bought my ticket online…do I still have to wait in line when I get to the Haunted House?
Regular admission tickets allow entry to the lineups for all 3 attractions on a specific date during a specific timeframe. Speed Passes grant expedited, often immediate access to the haunted houses on the designated date/time of your ticket.
After you purchase a ticket online, you will receive an email and be able to print out your ticket. You must present this barcoded ticket (printed or on your smartphone) to the staff at the entrance where your ticket will be scanned and you will be granted entry.
Do I have to print my tickets or can I use my cell phone?
Whichever works best for you works for us, however, please consider using your smartphone instead of creating more paper waste.
